Prototype development

Multiple prototypes were designed, manufactured and refined in-house as our team worked towards a system capable of surviving Australia's highest bushfire testing standard.

Independent CSIRO testing

Each prototype was installed at the CSIRO testing facility and subjected to full-scale BAL-FZ testing under controlled laboratory conditions.

Continuous refinement

Not every prototype passed.

Each result provided valuable insights that informed further engineering improvements until the final design successfully met the performance requirements for BAL-FZ certification.
